*SIGH*

Snow makes me so very happy. I don't really know what purpose it serves in the city (other than for aesthetic value and smashing up your car) but as long as the Elk Valley is getting dumped on (which it is) my heart is full of joy. It's going to be a very merry christmas this year.

I just watched the latest Warren Miller film. I am now fully inspired to go out and attempt to duplicate that which I have seen...

My heart has been singing ever since I came home to the snow...I could do without this -30ÂșC stuff though!

How's the Honda holding out for you in the snow? If you find you're spinning a lot I recommend learning how to start in 2nd gear (or if you know how to already, do it!).

The Honda has been wonderful. I think I need to get winter tires for it because it sort of feels like a death machine, but otherwise it is lovely. It even starts up nicely in the cold. So far. Hey does it have a block heater?

I have perfected starting in 2nd gear - the honda and I have a understanding these days.

Walking in a winter wonder land *sings to ones self*
Yes the snow is very nice yesterday morning i put on my skis and the whole bit and skied down my front lawn. It was a beautiful thing just the whole cold air and the sun rising...uhh over the houses it was quite enchanting actually.
I cannot wait for Christmas either; I think it shall be a very lovely one.

Jenna,

Unfortunately the honda does NOT have a block heater...which is surprising since the car originally came from Quebec and then from Ontario, only to end up in Alberta...

My suggestion, maybe invest in one unless you can park it inside on those cold Edmonton days. Cranking the car from that cold is not so great on the starter and it will help the Honda heat up faster, something it's fell a little short on when I had it.
